Do you ever feel depress, listless, and confused? Peril happens from unexpected directions forced you to doubt and retract your fundamental beliefs. What do you do when you are less than sure of yourself than anytime in your life, remember how you got here helps a lot to clear any lingering doubt. There are different thought processes you can learn from :

2. What are your capability?
3. How do you process the data collected from your surrounding?
A useful formular to remember is :
Work-Life success = [Quality of your thought process]x[passion]x[capability].
While you can enhance your capability through learning and planning, the incremental improvement is small and stretched out. Upon close inspection, your passion is fairly constant also. So changing your thought process, especially how you perceive good or bad or neutral holds the key between success and lukewarm result.
Take for an example, you got out the house to go to work and on your way to the car your neighbor stops you to ask for help. You are late for work and your boss has been on your back lately, would you perceive it as good or bad? How about when your colleague at work ask for your help, as another example.
There is a school of thought that benefitting others is the best thought process because it has a positive reinforce result, even if it seems counter intuitive to human nature.
The specific process is sticking to several principles that you live by, a strategy on how to treat one another, and how to motivate positive behaviors from people around you.
Stay focus on why you want to, gives meanings to how well you are going to do next.
Never be afraid, always keep a steady head and remember how you benefit others with your actions will see you through most of life’s difficult moments.
