How to Overcome Your Anxiety in Uncertain Time
Useful tips on dealing with anxiety when everything is so volatile and future is anything but certain.

With inflation flexing its muscle at 5.6% at the grocery store and prices outpace salary increases at least 1.6:1, rolling back often means cut back on everything except a few stables and better planning to reduce numbers of trip to the stores. Many renowned social media influencers are suggesting these are becoming the new norms. Just as the volatility crunched the stock market, be flexible does a great job of blocking out the pains of lacking means. Here's how to remove everyday anxiety and keep depression at bay:
1. Always be thankful. Just like words have power in a prayer, positive thoughts have power in the universe as well. Being thankful for little things in life are easier to do, thus remove the gloom and doom bit by bit until other opportunities fully open.
2. Have a list of things your family truly needs. Just like praying to a higher being, Words have power in the scheme of things. Having a wish list and articulate why you need it and the universe responded. Think of it as placing an order to the future you with power of universe as its guarantor and fulfiller.
3. Be Mindful of your surroundings. Opportunities sometimes disguised as problem lurking around daily activities. Be sure to take notice the connection between issues and as old gold miners would tell you gold shines when the dirt and impurities get wash away. Opportunities usually come with a person or an event, so Look for the silver lining when things not going your way is a good habit to cultivate (though perhaps not dogma).
