This class offers a supportive environment for moms who are caring for children with special needs and experiencing depression. We understand the unique challenges that these moms face and provide strategies to help them cope with their own mental health while caring for their children. Through group discussions, educational resources, and expert guidance, we aim to empower these moms and equip them with tools to better manage their emotions and navigate their roles as caregivers. Our goal is to create a space where moms can connect with one another, share their experiences, and find solace in knowing that they are not alone on this journey. Together, we can work towards building resilience and finding joy amidst the challenges.
Christine is our best instructor, she is a mom of 3 wonderful children and has a degree in Psychology with special focus on trauma.
She has been teaching moms coping with child depression and development for more than 6 years.
